Brooke Charleville is a national board certified family nurse practitioner licensed in the state of

Iowa. She has a deep passion for caring for people and desires to bring a holistic approach to

healthcare. It is her belief that through partnering with her patients she can help them restore

their health and quality of life. Throughout her 22 years as a medical professional, her goal is to

bring comfort, peace, and hope to the individuals God has placed in her care.

Originally from south Louisiana, Brooke and her family moved to Iowa 10 years ago. Her recent personal

journey through Triple Negative breast cancer has ignited in her a passion to help people get to

the root issues that are impacting their wellbeing physically, mentally, and spiritually. She wants

to empower her patients to learn the discipline it takes to live to their full potential. She believes

in the Innovative Wellness Center’s vision to provide a proactive, preventive, and personalized

approach to healthcare that elevates a patients' wellbeing.
